Identification<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sales made through the website are commercial operations between the client and NIMBA ART S.L.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Object<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Purchase of original art works, editions, and other products related to the gallery&#8217;s activity.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Prices<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are shown in euros (\u20ac) and include applicable taxes according to current regulations.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping costs are calculated during the purchase process.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Payment methods<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stripe (credit\/debit card)<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NIMBA ART S.L. does not store card details.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Shipping<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping is available throughout the European Union.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specific deadlines and conditions are detailed in the &#8220;Shipping Policy&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.
